Renee sold my house in a timely, professional manner

Cassi helped make our home buying experience incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive! She made the stressful situations so much easier! She also had answers for all of our questions. She sent us bios for multiple electricians and inspectors so we could read through them and pick from the great options available. I could not imagine going through this experience with out her! We bid on our house right before going on a vacation where we were going to be out of service for a while. She handled the communications with our bank since we were not going to be available. She was prepared for everything! Thank you Cassi, for everything you did for us!

Renee made an absolute headache of a purchase, (something we already had lined out but the property owner decided to back out on the handshake agreement,and force sale last minute, and it didn't get smoother past this point) as easy as it could have possibly been for us. I found Renee through Zillow, and I’m so glad I did! This was my third home purchase, so I wasn’t completely new to the process, but Renee still managed to teach me new things about the real estate market and made the entire experience incredibly easy. What stood out to me most was how willing she was to go above and beyond. Even when I sent her houses that were clearly fixer-uppers or maybe didn’t seem like the most realistic option, she never judged my vision or tried to talk me out of simply seeing what was possible. She would make the drive from Helena to Great Falls so I could look at a property and decide for myself whether it fit what I had in mind. I worked closely with Renee Garrett on finding a house in Deer Lodge and the surrounding areas as my children live in Butte and in Hall, Montana. We pursue a number of homes in Deer Lodge without finding exactly what I wanted and then moved onto Anaconda where I found and purchased my house. Renee is totally responsive to my every request, she was proactive in finding potential homes. She gave me very good advice and gave me a lot of time.
