I came into this house buying ordeal totally blind. It had been 25 years since I last purchased a home and after being pre-qualified my lender recommended Sherley Real Estate as an agent in the area. Man did I get lucky!! For some unknown reason, luck of the draw, or it was just his turn at bat, I got paired up with Cody Danielson. Calm, cool, relaxed and willing to go the extra mile, that's my kind of guy! A man's man, will a confident demeanor and so much knowledge of the local market, hot areas, schools (even though I don't need those), restaurants, and more. Okay, I had to teach him a little about whiskey but otherwise he was at the top of his game. The first day we met, i had a list of 10 homes and he insisted on showing every one, just to be sure that the second home I saw was really the one! I don't hang out with Cody or visit during the week but during this short process of buying my home, he was as close to me as family (or better depending on your clan)! I made some crazy request and he passed them along. I had some stupid questions and he dumbed them down for me. If I knew anyone moving to the Helena area, I would force them to call Cody!! One hell of a guy supported by one hell of a team!!
