Anita Sherley is a Broker | Owner at Sherley Real Estate and a trusted guide for buyers and sellers throughout Helena and Central Montana. Known for her steady communication, deep market knowledge, problem-solving and and cool head under pressure, Anita helps clients feel confident from first conversation to closing day. With nearly two decades of real estate experience and a strong foundation in industry education and certifications, she brings clarity to every step—whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime property, or making a move across the Helena Valley.
Beyond real estate, Anita is deeply rooted in the Helena community and passionate about serving people well. Alongside Jay, she co-founded Life Houses Inc., a local nonprofit supporting at-risk youth—work that reflects the heart behind Sherley’s “Humans Over Houses” ethos. When she’s not working with clients, you can find Anita spending time with her grandkids, hiking or biking the local trails and sneaking away to float the Missouri whenever she can.
