A fifth-generation Montanan, Cody Danielson brings a grounded, people-first approach to real estate in Helena and across Central Montana. Raised on a farm in Fairview and now based in Helena with his wife, Michelle, Cody’s background in sociology and law enforcement shaped his strengths in communication, trust-building, and steady problem-solving. He takes time to understand what matters most to his clients, whether that’s finding the right neighborhood, more space to spread out, or the next chapter that fits their lifestyle. Cody shines in his work with veterans, first time home buyers and in capturing unique perspectives of a variety of properties as a top-notch drone pilot. 

Outside of work, Cody loves spending time with his family and being active in Montana’s outdoors; he can often be found hiking, biking and exploring new trails.  He’s proud to help buyers and sellers navigate the Montana real estate process with clear guidance, reliability, and genuine care.
