Cassi Sherley is a Broker | Owner at Sherley Real Estate and part of a Helena-rooted family team serving clients across Central Montana. After earning her masters degree in Organizational Leadership and spending several years working internationally in community development and leadership training, Cassi transitioned into real estate in 2018. Today, she blends strong client advocacy with a behind-the-scenes strength in systems, communication, and marketing, helping transactions run smoothly while guiding buyers and sellers through the Helena real estate market with clarity and care.

Cassi is especially passionate about supporting first-time homebuyers, veterans, and those relocating to Helena, East Helena, and the surrounding communities. Known for her attention to detail and steady follow-through, she helps clients feel informed and confident from first showing to closing. 

Outside of real estate, Cassi loves Montana life with her husband and daughter; camping, hiking, mountain biking, and paddling the Missouri are a few of her favorite ways to recharge and stay connected to the place she calls home.
